Wir haben auch in diesem Jahr wieder einen besonderen First Flush aus Nepal gefunden

Der Teegarten Shangri-La ist bekannt für seine feinen Himalayatees, welche auf einer Höhe von 1500-200 Metern angebaut werden. Traditionelle Methoden und Handwerkskunst gehen hier Hand in Hand.

Die Frühjahrsernte 2025 mit handgepflückten Blättern und vielen weißen Tips lässt schon erahnen, was für vielschichtige Aromen hier zu finden sind. Herrliche Frühlingsdüfte wie Maiglöckchen und andere florale Noten entwickeln beim Aufguss eine milde Süße mit einem leicht zart-herben Anklang.

Dieser Tee ist durchaus vergleichbar mit seinem berühmten Nachbarn Darjeeling und ist auch für Weißtee und Grüntee-Fans eine interessante Alternative.

Im Sommer ist dieser Tee auch als Eistee sehr gut geeignet.

 

Zubereitungsempfehlung:

Menge: 9 g (5 TL) / 1 Liter

Temperatur: 90°- 100° C

Ziehzeit: 2 Minuten
